We are professors, researchers, teachers and pedagogues with different experiential backgrounds, united by a single goal: to support with training and research those who live or work with disability and marginality, especially in school age.

She is Full Professor of Developmental and Educational Psychology at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and has been Director of the Department of Psychology since 1st November 2020. She teaches “Developmental Psychology” at the Faculty of Education for the degree course in Primary Education and “Developmental Psychopathology” at the interfaculty course of the Faculty of Education – Medicine and Surgery “A. Gemelli” for the degree course Science and Techniques of Motor and Adaptive Activities. She is the coordinator of the PhD programme “Scienze della Persona e della Formazione”, active at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. She is co-director of the series “Psicologia dell’educazione. Sviluppo e processi educative”, for Raffaello Cortina Editore, Milan. She is a member of the scientific committee of the series “Temi e autori della psicologia”, in the series “Dimensions of Psychology”, for Carocci Editore, Rome.

At the same university, she is a lecturer in “Instruction design and special educational activities” and “Psycho-pedagogy for disabilities”, Faculty of Education Sciences (Milan campus); she is Coordinator of the laboratories of the Master’s Degree in Pedagogical Counselling for Disability and Marginality.

Paola Molteni PhD in Pedagogy (Education) from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore on the topic “Autism at school: educational and teaching strategies for inclusion”. She has carried out research activities at the Autism Centre for Education and Research (University of Birmingham, UK) and collaborated with the State University of New York (New Paltz, NY). Lecturer in the Workshop on Educational Issues for Persons with Autism and the Workshop on Special Pedagogy.
Pedagogical consultant at the Centre for Autism – Cascina San Vincenzo Onlus. Pedagogical consultant at nursery, primary and secondary schools and actively collaborates with the Provincial School Office and CTS of Monza and Brianza. She has worked as an educator in the field of special pedagogy in Italy (Milan and province) and in the United States (Anderson Center for Autism, Staatsburg, NY).

Anna Monauni Pedagogical consultant at the Services for the Integration of Students with Disabilities and Specific Learning Disorders at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. She is currently enrolled in the PhD programme in Personal and Educational Sciences (cycle XXXIII), specializing in Education, with a research project that intends to analyse the topic of Specific Learning Disorders from a different perspective: the focus is on bilingual pupils who are children of migrants and on educational differentiation.
Jessica Sala Secondary school teacher, in charge since the 2016/2017 school year at the Regional School Office for Lombardy as regional SEN referent. Trainer for CeDisMa on issues related to the school, particularly in the area of inclusive teaching. Collaboration at various levels (as didactic coordinator, as workshop lecturer) in specialization courses on support activities for teaching staff at all levels.
Roberta Sala Psycho-pedagogist and adjunct lecturer for the Università Cattolica in Milan and Piacenza. She collaborates with the SPAEE of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and with CeDisMa. She is interested in school inclusion, especially for issues relating to autism spectrum disorder and learning processes. She is vice-president of the social cooperative Zorba.
Giovanni Zampieri Graduated in 1991 in Pedagogy at the Bologna University with Prof. Andrea Canevaro. For many years he has worked in the Verona area within organizations that deal with educational interventions for young people in situations of distress (psychical, social, relational, etc.). He has led and organized numerous training courses on educational issues concerning disability and distress, with particular attention to adolescents. For several years, he was a pedagogical consultant for several communities for minors removed from their families in Veneto and Emilia Romagna. Adjunct lecturer in the Faculty of Education at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in “Methodology for educational innovation and social integration” (Brescia campus), “Design of integrated educational activities” (Brescia campus).

Massimiliano Andreoletti Pedagogist, lecturer in the Degree Course in “Psychology of well-being” at the Università Cattolica, lecturer in the laboratories of “Didactics and Technologies for Inclusion” at the Università Cattolica. Consultant for schools of all levels in the field of competence-based training design and innovation management processes. Trainer in schools in the field of inclusive teaching methodologies and strategies, formative assessment, use of digital and other technologies. His research interests concern the methodologies and strategies with which the cloud and web 2.0 resources, video games, mobile devices, Virtual Reality can foster the learning processes of the different types of intelligences within the classroom.
Maria Concetta Carruba PhD in Education Sciences with a thesis co-tutored with the University of Pittsburgh entitled “Accessibility for inclusion: education technology solutions for special needs in the classroom”. Adjunct lecturer for the “Special Educational Needs and Technology for Inclusion Workshop”, “ICT for Inclusion Workshop” within the CAS (Course for Habilitation in Support) courses for several groups with particular focus on primary and nursery schools. Adjunct lecturer in “Technology for Disability” within the Master’s Degree Course in Didactics and Psycho-pedagogy for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Lecturer in “Computing for inclusion” at ASPO College in Lecco. Pedagogical consultant at the Integration service for students with disabilities and LSD at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. Pedagogical consultant at the Inclusion service for students with disabilities and LSD at Carlo Cattaneo University, LIUC, Castellanza. Maria Luisa Costantino Pedagogist and consultant at crèches and kindergartens. President and pedagogical supervisor for “Il Ponte coop. sociale”. Collaborator for Centro Studi Università Cattolica di Milano as an early childhood expert.
Biagio Di Liberto Trainer and secondary school teacher, he is engaged in understanding the sustainability of the “personalization and individualization” of learning. Collaborator and trainer for CeDisMa on the topics of inclusion and inclusive instruction, with particular focus on the topic of differentiation instruction, design and assessment by competence. He is lecturer of workshops in Digital technologies for learning (ICT) for disabilities in the specialization course on support activities for teaching staff.
Luca Ercoli Expert in UI, FAD and data mining. Qualified teacher in IT and specialized in support for secondary school, working in the province of Biella. Member of Dschola, PNFD regional trainer. Lecturer for the Università Cattolica in Milan and Brescia in the specialization course for support (ICT and inclusion workshop). For CeDisMa he participates in the working group for the MODI project and as a trainer for the De Agostini catalogue.
Cecilia Gorni
Philosopher, educator and pedagogist, for over twenty years she has been working for a social cooperative in Milan, where she deals with school inclusion and after-school activities, with a focus secondary schools.
For the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan she has been an internship tutor in the Master’s degree course in Pedagogical Counselling for Disability and Marginality since 2017, and an internship tutor in the Bachelor’s degree course in Education and Training Sciences since 2018.
Irene Gottoli Graduate in Pedagogical Sciences from the University of Verona, in 2011 she attended the 2nd level Master’s degree “People with disabilities and life project” at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. For several years, in the Verona area, she has been working with people with disabilities as an educator and pedagogist within various educational and rehabilitation realities.
She currently works in two facilities that deal with psyco-social distress, a day facility for minors and a residential facility for adults.
Since 2011, she has been collaborating with Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore for research activities within CeDisMa and as Appointed Expert in Elements of Didactics and Special Pedagogy.
Damiano Meo Teacher and writer. He is interested in special pedagogy, glottodidactics and inclusive design. He has gained teaching experience in all grades and school orders. He is author of the book “Storie di semola e semplicità” (Migrantes Foundation), winner of the Books for Peace 2017 Award and mentioned by the jury of the Mario Luzi competition. With Jaca Book, in 2011, he produced the photographic appendix of “At the borders of the empire”: 5000 km in Bulgaria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary. In the same year he documented the landings in Lampedusa. He participated in cultural and educational projects in Brussels, York, Le Mas and Tripoli. In Milan, he was one of the guests of BookCity2017 and OggettoLibro2018.
Monica Nastasi Graduate in Architecture, Science of Education and Training and Pedagogical Counselling for Disability and Marginality. Appointed Expert in Special Pedagogy for the Faculty of Education (Piacenza campus). Traineeship Tutor for the Master’s Degree in Pedagogical Counselling for Disability and Marginality (Milan campus). Pedagogist and educator at the RSD Fondazione Stefano and Angela Danelli in Lodi. She deals with designing, training and counselling in the field of severe and very severe adult disability. Behaviour Analyst (SIACSA member), after graduating with a 2nd level Master’s degree “Applied Behavior Analysis and contextualist models in services for the disabled”, Iescum, Fondazione Sospiro.
Anna Ragosta Expert in cultural and multimedia training processes, she is a researcher, lecturer and consultant in the field of Media Education and Media Literacy and New Technologies applied to training in universities, companies, institutes and training agencies. She collaborates with the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore as a consultant for the design, evaluation and coordination of training activities with adults in the post-graduate sector.
She deals with the design, coordination and communication of events related to the world of research, education and training integrated by media and digital tools.

Simone Stabilini Graduate in Information & Communications Sciences and in Information Technologies at the Department of Information Technologies of the University of Milan, he is a Lecturer in Information Sciences and Applied Mathematical Sciences. He deals with inclusive instruction and learning methods and he is Specialist Advisor of the Italian team of the Transform Autism Education Project, in collaboration with Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, University of Birmingham and Aikaterini Laskaridis Fundation of Athens, with whom he has collaborated in drafting the national guidelines for the inclusion of children with autism in Italian primary schools. For CeDisMa, he is in charge of training on Autism and Inclusive Education.
Ugo Tramontano Literature teacher in a secondary school, he has been working for several years in secondary schools in the province of Milan. From 2015 to 2019 he worked at the Istituto Sperimentale Rinascita-Livi in Milan where he was mainly involved in new technologies applied to instruction, active citizenship and inclusion. For CeDisMa, he deals with teacher training on topics related to classroom management and inclusion.
